The people at Bible Baptist Church were so friendly to us! Before the service, Pastor and Mrs. Ryan and their son Michael, took us to an absolutely delicious Mexican restaurant! We sang several songs and shared our testimonies. Bro. Knickerbocker preached from John 3:16 on "The High Cost of Loving." The Lord met with us there that night and I am so thankful that He continues to work in and through us, in spite of ourselves. "Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God." (2 Corinthians 3:5)

Greetings to our new-found friends! Thank you for your thoughtfulness and Christian fellowship! We also enjoyed having our friend Debbie (below, in red) come to the church with us. She and her sister, Ellen, will Lord willing be attending Crown College in the Fall of '09! God has been so good to us. He has placed so many precious people in our path as we travel to different churches this summer!
