Pastor Wade
On July 3rd, the Red River Fellowship was held at the First Baptist Church of Meadowview. The theme was patriotic! Red, white and blue banners were everywhere, American flag pins were given out at the front door, and our National Anthem was sung. Bro. Holmes preached a patriotic sermon that stirred a deep gratitude for the ultimate sacrifice our Saviour made for us. His message also reminded us of the great sacrifice of those who have fought and are fighting for our freedom.

We had the privilege of singing several songs, including "Who Will Go to America?"After many heart-stirring sermons, we ate an All-American meal in the church's fellowship hall (with delicious Apple Pie a la mode). What an honor it was to meet Bro. A. V. Henderson! He was the President of the college Bro. and Mrs. Knickerbocker attended and has been so mightily used of God! Thank you Pastor Wade and First Baptist Church for inviting us to come, and for the meal, cookbooks, lotion, and pins. It was a tremendous encouragement to be with you all!
