Garth Road Baptist Church

Baytown, TX
Pastor Lamb

After several days of meetings, we spent the day at Fort Worth's "Stockyards!" (Complete with a gun show, lots of BBQ, and a cattle drive!) We picked up some donated books for Crown Southwest and Norris Seminary's Library, then were on our way from Fort Worth to Baytown (a six hour drive). We stopped to take pictures and pass out a few tracts at Sam Houston's Monument!

We thoroughly enjoyed singing at Garth Road Baptist Church. The people were a great encouragement and we enjoyed speaking with them after the service. At almost every church we have been to, we somehow manage to find and photograph Lindsay with another red-head! Bro. Knickerbocker brought a powerful message from Romans 12- "No one should be able to talk you out of your purpose." Pastor Lamb and his wife were so kind to us and we wanted to thank them, and their church family, for the hotel, Mexican dinner, thoughtful gifts, and wonderful time of fellowship!
